How to check which version of JAVA has been used by Cognos instance and installed components

From configuration UI, hold CTRL+F3 to bring up system properties which contains JAVA details including installation path and JRE version that has been used by current instance of Cognos.

How can you extract all user information from Cognos Access Manager Namespace Report Utility and create Cognos Report out of it?
